Formed by Ex-Snot/Soulfly guitarist Mikey Doling and long time friend Kyle Turley (10 NFL veteran and longtime music fan), the duo put together a team of people including Max Harris, Tim Pickett (formerly of EMI Music) and former Snot manager Nic Adler and started Gridiron Records.
